MSW

Master of Social Work

I earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2009.

LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I earned my Licensed Social Worker in 2009 and my Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2011. My license number is #34006453A and you're welcome to verify the status of my license here.

EMDR Certified Therapist

I earned my EMDR Certification in 2021 and you can find my EMDRIA listing here.

CFRC

Certified First Responder Counselor

I earned my Certified First Responder Counselor Certification through Academy Hour in 2019. You can find my listing in the CFRC directory here.

RYT 500

Registered Yoga Teacher 500 Hour

I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Evansville Power Yoga in 2015 and a 300 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator training with the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute in 2021. You can find my Yoga Alliance Teacher Profile here.

Certified Level III Reiki Master
