MSW

Master of Social Work

I earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2009.

LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

EMDR Certified Therapist

CFRC

Certified First Responder Counselor

RYT 500

Registered Yoga Teacher 500 Hour

I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Evansville Power Yoga in 2015 and a 300 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator training with the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute in 2021.
